<About shipping your order>
Regular stock items ordered by 8:10 on August 12th (Tuesday) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed from 8:10 on August 12th (Tuesday) will be shipped sequentially from August 8th (Tuesday).
<About inquiries>
We will accept inquiries by e-mail or FAX even during the holidays.
We will respond to your answers sequentially from Tuesday, August 8th.
In addition, telephone reception hours are from 9:30 to 17:00.
