We have been asking customers to use the "WEB Invoice Service (free of charge)" to check their invoices.
In light of the 2024% increase in postal rates from 10 yen to 1 yen that will take effect on October 84, 110, and the recent rise in the prices of various materials, we have decided that it will be difficult to continue providing paper invoices free of charge.
Therefore, starting with the October issue, we would like to charge the issuance fees as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to those of you who have been using paper invoices.

Customers who request invoice issuance for cash payment
- Web invoice issuance is not eligible.
- If you would like to receive the PDF file by email, it is free of charge.
- If you would like the original sent by mail, there will be a fee.
If you would like to take this opportunity to stop receiving paper invoices and switch to online invoice services, you will need to register on the system (free of charge).

Information on the online invoice service (free)
The "Web Invoice Service" is a service that allows you to easily check invoice information online for free. As with previous invoices, you can download invoices with our company seal attached from the internet.
Compared to traditional mail delivery, this service has the following advantages:
- Your invoice will arrive 1-2 days faster.
- As the system goes digital, it will become paperless.
- You can review your past billing information at any time.
- The PDF file of the invoice will be given a timestamp in accordance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
To register for the "WEB Invoice etc. Service", you will need to enter the following customer information.
- Customer email address
- Customer code printed on paper invoice
[String starting with TK, TL, TJ, OS, NY after No. (Half-width alphanumeric characters)] - Zip Code
- Company name
- Phone
- ■Various notification emails, such as invoice delivery, will be sent to the email address you entered.
- ■You can add up to three email addresses to which the email will be sent.
Invoice notifications can be sent to a total of four email addresses.
