I would like to ask you about the circumstances of your request.
Umenoyado Sake Brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) in Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture, and is a local sake brewery with the theme of "a brewery that creates a new sake culture."
I am part of the Marketing Department and am responsible for running the online shop as well as planning promotional items.
This time, as part of a promotional event for our online shop, we have decided to include a novelty item as a gift with every liqueur purchase.
Therefore, when I was searching online for original products related to alcohol that could be produced within a budget, your company's "miniature bottle" product caught my eye and I contacted you.
How was your commitment to the product and how was the reaction after the sale?
Regarding the color of the bottle itself, the color we wanted was not available in your standard colors, but since you said you could dye it in an original color, we decided to ask for a custom color.
In addition, the actual bottles that we sell have a matte finish like frosted glass, and we were asked if they would like to try recreating this texture as well. By giving us the actual bottle, they made a sample by making multiple adjustments to get as close to the real thing as possible in terms of both color and texture.
On the other hand, when it came to creating the label stickers to be affixed to the bottles and the backing paper design for the packaging, convenient templates were provided which we were able to use. They also created an image of the finished product based on the data we submitted, so we were able to imagine what the final product would look like, which I think allowed the planning to proceed smoothly.
Because the finished product was so realistic and high quality, we posted promotional material on our social media accounts before the start of the giveaway event in the online shop, and received more comments and feedback than usual.
What are the benefits of using our company, and what do you expect from us in the future?
In this product planning, we were able to realize the commercialization on schedule thanks to the quick response of prototype samples, including when we requested color corrections.
We also felt that the promotional effect of the novelty items was quite strong, so we would like to continue holding similar events in the future.
Next time, I would like to try my hand at a completely original design, and I hope to create a product that exceeds expectations just like this time, so I would appreciate your continued support.
