[About SDS request]

 Regarding requests for SDS submission, we basically do not support SDS for molded products.Some domestically procured chemical products may be submitted for raw materials before molding, so please contact us if you wish.
Regarding metal molded products, except for painted products (paint part), we do not contain SDS, but contain harmful substances based on the requirements such as ROHS2 Directive and EN71-3, which are generally applied as safety indicators for metal miscellaneous goods. It is possible to submit survey materials for the amount (or elution amount).
SDS is originally a document for dangerous and harmful chemicals, and is treated as follows by the three laws (Chemical Control Law, Safety and Deleterious Substances Law) that require the provision of SDS in Japan. I am.

● Chemical Substance Method (Chemical Substance Emission Control Promotion Law): “Solid substances” are included in products that do not need to be provided with SDS. "Solid matter (a product that does not become non-solid and does not become powdery or granular in the process of handling by the business operator)"

● Industrial Safety and Health Act: Products that do not need to be provided by SDS include the following. "Products that do not become non-solid and do not become powdery or granular during the handling process by workers"

● Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law: There are some "forms" containing the relevant substances that fall under the category of poisonous / deleterious substances, but "the ones that can be grasped by the concept of instruments, equipment, and tools" are not considered to be "forms".

Rubber cast product group (handling warning)

We will publish the analysis results of heavy metals including lead in rubber cast products.
Rubber casting is a method in which a lead alloy of tin is melted, poured into a rubber mold that rotates at high speed, and centrifugally cast.
Since it uses rubber, it is an alloy that can be handled at low temperature at low cost and has been widely used since ancient times.
However, since the raw material is an alloy of tin and lead, the corresponding raw material contains lead.
In the accessories and metal miscellaneous goods industry, even the same alloys are roughly classified into two according to their mixing ratio and used properly.

High meta:
High tin content and low lead content
It is light and durable, and it is easy to express detailed details, but the unit price is high
Low meta:
Low tin content and high lead content
It is heavy and fragile, and it can not produce detailed details, but the unit price is cheap

From the above characteristics, low metal tends to be used for inexpensive metal miscellaneous goods and high metal for expensive accessories.
