<About shipping your order>
Regular stock items ordered by 8:10 on August 12 (Wednesday) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 8:10 on August 12th (Wednesday) will be shipped sequentially from August 8th (Thursday).
<About inquiries>
We will accept inquiries by e-mail or FAX even during the holidays.
We will respond to your inquiries in order from August 8th (Thursday).
In addition, telephone reception hours are from 9:30 to 17:00.
