Could you tell us how the project came about?
This was triggered by the introduction of a new in-house commendation system to increase employee motivation.In order to make the new system more accessible, we have decided to hold monthly awards with lighter themes, such as the "Smile Award" and "Best Dressed Award," so that anyone can receive the award.Each month, the award winner is presented with a three-headed mascot of the president as a souvenir, and when five dolls are collected, they can be further exchanged for his Quo Card. We are working hard to make sure that you can enjoy the system.
Are there any points you were particular about when commercializing the product, such as materials and design?
The design of the doll was produced by requesting cooperation from the in-house development department based on the photo of our president.In addition to being made to look exactly like the features, it is a bobblehead doll, so when you touch the head, it moves around and swings, making it a very cute workmanship.The award winners will be allowed to take pictures with the dolls, and the photos will be displayed in the exhibition corner in the company or posted on Facebook for internal use, so that many employees can see the smiles on their faces. became.As the general affairs department, we would like to continue to carry out such projects that can make employees smile.
