Could you tell us how the project came about?
In order to improve communication and motivation, our general affairs department regularly holds "in-house awards" for all employees. For example, we have prepared a variety of award themes, such as "event contribution award", "annual thank you award", "organization award", etc. We voted while receiving this, and awarded the employee with the most votes.
In the past, when I took a questionnaire about the operation of the in-house award system, there was an opinion that "Isn't it nice to have some kind of privilege?"As a result of exchanging many opinions within the general affairs department, such as the idea of preparing something like a trophy as a commemorative gift, and whether to use an easy-to-use cash voucher such as a QUO card, we came up with something unique to our company as a company that makes original goods. Opinions were gathered that we wanted to commend, and the original “Acrylic Multi-Stand” project was carried out.

Are there any points you were particular about when commercializing the product, such as materials and design?
When it comes to acrylic goods, acrylic key chains and acrylic stands are the most popular, but we thought that people who received them would be more pleased if they were practical, so we created an original product that also has a memo stand function. Acrylic multi-stand" was adopted as a souvenir.
In addition, we have a rule that if you collect XNUMX small acrylic stands, you can exchange them for XNUMX large acrylic multi-stand, so that employees can enjoy collecting and motivate them to continuously aim for awards, and when exchanging small acrylic stands are returned. By reusing it at the next award, we tried to connect it to environmentally friendly manufacturing and cost reduction.
As for the design, we used a caricature illustration of the president drawn by a resident designer in our development department. I also made a lot of ingenuity. Now, each person's desk is decorated with "acrylic multi-stands" for various awards, and they play a role in visualizing the award system.
Why don't you incorporate original goods in your company to revitalize the in-house award system and increase the attention? At our company, our dedicated staff will provide full support from material selection, manufacturing methods, and caricature production.
