Our company's main business is the railway business that connects Ueda and Bessho Onsen in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, and I am in charge of sales planning, organizing events and producing goods for sale.

This time, as the number of standing pictures of Mai Yagisawa increased, we wanted to make them into goods, so we decided to proceed with the project as an acrylic key chain, but we were wondering if there was something that could be differentiated from other companies and still have an interesting finish. It was bothering me.
Under these circumstances, I decided to consult with Daio Seisakusho, who I have been working with for a long time, so I approached them.

Among the several new products that were introduced to us, we were particularly impressed with the three-dimensional effect of the "thick acrylic hotel key" and its transparency similar to that of an acrylic cube, so we decided to go with this product. did.
There are multiple character illustrations of Mai Yagisawa, so we have decided to increase the number of products so that customers can select and purchase their favorite illustrations.
Therefore, all five types have the same standard shape and placement of logos, etc. to create a sense of unity, and the background patterns and colors are changed to create variety.
The product is thick and gives a sense of depth when you pick it up, so I think one of its appeals is that the design is divided into two layers, one in the back and one in the front, and the illustrations do not overlap with the text.

How was the response from customers?

We sold this product at the event venue, and it was very well received, with some people purchasing products with their favorite illustrations, and others purchasing all types at once as part of their collection.
When we first consulted with you, we didn't have any design drafts, so we left everything up to your company, but we liked all of the layout design proposals you submitted, so we proceeded as is.
